Meet Lauren Morwood, lmt

Lauren is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Clinically Certified Reflexologist, and a Reiki Master/Practitioner. She has been interested in holistic health and alternative methods of health and well-being since getting her first Reiki attunement in 2006. Working with people and animals, her goals are to help those in need find harmony and balance within their body, mind, and spirit and to achieve their wellness goals.

Lauren is a graduate from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage and recently received her clinical reflexology certificate from the Institute of Holistic Leadership. Her unique style integrates training in several western and eastern modalities. She has a touch that is grounding, fluid and deeply restorative.
